Did no good at all to reduce blemishes on my nose and chin. Very disappointed after I read about the products claims

Hello Elizabeth, thank you for your order. Lactic acid is a fantastic ingredient and can help with breakouts depending on your skin type, for dry skin lactic acid can help, if you have oily skin however then salicylic acid is the best choice. Also, when starting any new skincare routine you need to allow more time to see results, as you only received the product around 3 weeks ago we wouldn't expect to see dramatic results yet. If you would like more advice please get in touch and we can advise you on how to get the best results from your product.

I have yet to receive my order! I ordered it on the 10th jan via Royal Mail standard and it said it would take 3-5 working days and it’s now the 25th. I have spoken with a few people from customer service and they said there are delays but that I just must wait. I do think that it should say that the service has delays or that it takes much longer to arrive. Otherwise the company should provide a refund or send the order again. There is no tracking available so I have just been told to wait. However, when is it considered lost in the Mail?

Hello Caitlin, we're sorry for the disappointment and you of course have every right to be upset by the delay, tracking shows your package was delivered this morning and so delivery was 7 working days from dispatch. We do explain in the shipping section on each product page of our website that there is a delay on the service you selected which may take up to three weeks, it also states that the delivery service you selected is not a fully tracked service and will only update when a delivery or failed delivery attempt has been made. We have also given you the date that your package would be considered missing and have confirmed that if your order hasn't arrived by then, we will replace. We have done all that you have mentioned in your review and we also dispatched your order within 24 hours so it's a little disappointing that we have been left a damaging 1 star review for Royal Mail's service.

Hello Anita, results can depend on many different factors, your skin complaint, the products you use daily, lifestyle. As you have only had the product a few weeks, you wouldn't expect to see dramatic results, skincare is all about progression. Totally disappointed and I did email one of your representatives. I have dry skin and eczema on my hands not my face. I explained I bought the dry skin range but your products my skin really tight and dry .

The first order unfortunately went missing, while we appreciate the disappointment we have no control over post. A replacement was sent last week and so the order will be received.

I’ve shopped with bravura for many years I’ve written 5 emails to say one of my products arrived with a broken pump! And they’ve STILL not replied. Or even sorted the problem. I’ve very disappointed. The pump is still broken. It still doesn’t work. Please could I just have another pump!!!!

I've been using various products strictly since october. My pores are still large and my scars are still there, along with new ones! The only thing it did for me is give me more giant spots which then turned into scarring. I've spent over £100 on this and it's been a waste!! I do not rate this whatsoever

I have been using 2 facial cleansers toner a moisturiser and glycolic acid strictly since october. I took information how to use what time of day ect from customer service and it has made no difference what so ever apart from making my skin break out in giant spots. It hasn't helped clear my pores nor has it made them less visible. The glycolic acid did nothing but sting my face for a few minutes. It hasn't reduced any scarring at all. I do not rate or reccomend this product. Wasted over £100

Purchased the Glycolic Acid starter kit coz of the good reviews, however it has not made any difference to my skin, no tingling,scars are still the same, no peeling or anything whatsoever, disappointed coz I really did want this product to work and help my skin :(

Hello, these products are not designed to physically peel the skin (as mentioned in the description). For scars, if the scars are depressed scarring, topical products will not help. For discolouration, fading takes time, as you have only had your products a few weeks please do continue the treatment as you wouldn't expect to see results this early.

Hello, we see you had only had your order for just over a week when leaving the review, it takes more than a week to see results. Please give the products at least 6 weeks to see results or feel free to contact us as we offer a free aftercare service. It's unfair to leave a 1 star rating without giving the products time to work or contacting us for aftercare.
