Hello Sarah Thank you for your review, I see you've had your products 5 days, when trying a new routine please allow up to 6 weeks to see results. Please do continue with the products and you will soon start to notice a difference.

“Love the products and the prices. Shipping takes a lil while but for things I love at such good quality and price that’s not an issue. I’d love it if they did face mists!”

“The Glycolic Acid Peel is a good exfoliation product.I use it on my face 2 or 3 times a month .It gives my skin a lovely glow and smooth effect. I've used it for a while and continue to see good results.”

Hi Michaela, sorry to hear this, it sounds as though the pumps need to be tightened a bit, if the pumps aren't tight enough they won't work but please feel free to get in touch with customer services.
