“Responsive customer service and great products. Choosing someone selling out of the UK and officially affiliated to LEGO was definitely the right decision. And I must say this extra quality and peace of mind did not come at a premium in terms of price vs what available on online marketplaces from unknown retailers.”

After reviewing the images provided, the damage appears consistent with stress around the screw holes, which can occur if the fixings are overtightened during assembly. However, we do understand that this may not have been your intention.
