“I went here after my previous supplier of some amazing limited edition cases just seemed to lose all control of production and customer service. I am pleased to say they have lost future business. Boxxco are the complete opposite. What a positive experience. Arrived quickly, manufactured with precision, fitted together beautifully and with high quality printed backdrops. The packing was so secure it probably took me longer to get them out than put them together. It is not a low cost budget option but considerably lower cost with equal quality to the competition and without the 3 month lead time. I don’t hesitate to recommend them and will be my go to option on display cases for the foreseeable future.”

“Heavily scratched and blurry acrylic making is so the background and display piece cant be seen”

Helpful Report

Posted 1 month ago

Thank you for your feedback Jack. We’re sorry to hear that the acrylic initially appeared scratched and blurry. We’re pleased that, after contacting us, you were able to identify that the protective film had not been removed from the acrylic. The film is applied to both sides during production to protect the panels during manufacture and transit, and once removed, the acrylic should be clear and free from the appearance described in your review. We appreciate you getting back in touch with us to clarify what had happened, and we’re glad the issue was resolved. Many thanks The Boxxco Team

“Great case, price and delivery within the quoted timescale. When I've looked at other UK manufacturers custom size cases were far more expensive. It was well packed and easy to put together. I left the protective film on the base as white looked better than the black. Photo shows the Lego Creator Tower Bridge now nicely dust proofed!”
