“I ordered two cases, one was damaged on arrival, the second was fine. I was given a refund within a week for the damaged case (would have been sooner but I was away). Customer service was helpful and I am grateful to receive the refund without much stress.”

Unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur during transit despite our best efforts to package items securely, but we're always happy to put things right. Regarding your comment about our response time: our customer support team operates Monday to Friday, and while we understand the importance of timely replies, we currently don’t provide support over the weekend, which is detailed on our website. That said, we aim to respond to all messages as quickly as possible once we're back online, and I can see that our team have replied to you and proposed resolutions. “This was my first purchase from Boxxco having known about them for awhile and I was not disappointed - in fact I am delighted with it. Aside from the excellent dispatch time and overall buying process, I had spent some time weighing this up against one a competitor makes as both had interesting background prints for the Krusty Burger set. Also, I had purchased from said competitor before who had never let me down but Boxxco’s version was cheaper. Ultimately, I was delighted because the quality is identical and the contents such as the instructions, screws and joints are better. Competitors main box packaging was the one thing they had over Boxxco but when the difference in cost is around £25, I wasn’t going to worry about that. I’ll always look at Boxxco first from now on when seeking a case. I hope you can maintain this pricing and speed of service as it really sets you apart. Thank you.”

“My custom display case arrived quickly and well packaged, however, one panel was damaged. I did take a while to get a response from Boxxco, but they did rectify the issue.”

“From the ease with which you can configure the size of custom cases and the immediate amount that these will cost, to the ordering process and updates regarding the order, Boxxco has to be one of the best online retailers I’ve dealt with. I’ll definitely be using them again for more cases. The fit and quality of the cases is excellent and the fact they supply a small screwdriver with each kit just adds to the overall experience.”

“I purchased the Rivendell display case with the printed back panel and base and it was definitely a wow moment when I put it all together. My order arrived really quickly and it was packaged extremely well. I was unfortunate to have a tiny mark on the printed back panel contacted Boxxco and they immediately wanted to replace the panel. Quality, despatch timeframe & customer service this good I won’t be going anywhere else! If you’re on the fence which company to use trust me they value their customers which is rare nowadays.”

“I just put the boxes together to realise that one of the lids had a massive crack running down it and when I tried to log into my account to complain it says my credentials aren’t valid anymore ridiculous”

“Item was dispatched quickly. Needed to contact customer services as delivery company had left it outside wrong property. The 2 members of staff I spoke to were friendly and dealt with the issue promptly. Fortunately a neighbour dropped item off later in the evening. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.”

“The acrylic came scratched and cloudy, no where near as clear and see through as the website advised, very limited backround options. Not worth the money and left feeling scammed. DO NOT BUY from boxxco”
