“Overall the service is good, but I would have appreciated more information on shipping details, date of shipping, who is delivering and date expected!!. I had a notification from Amazon of a delivery but didn't know what it was,until it arrived, unfortunately not good customer service!!!! Sorry BOXXCO you need to sort this. Fortunately I received my order very well packaged and look forward to building. I hope you take my feedback on board. Eventually satisfied customer 🙂”

“I have a mixed review this time, l brought 2 boxes for this order £189.00 i thought I had ordered the stickers @ 99p ea as I always do as in my previous orders, Cool my mistake so l asked if they could send me them, l recieved an email stateing they would know cost £9.99. ea so what cost £1.98 turns into £19.98 I just think that is not the way to treat returning customers, so I will take my orders eslewere now.”

We understand you expected the stickers at 99p but were quoted £9.99 each, leading to a higher total and frustration as a returning customer. “Dissapointing service. My order was dispatched late and with cricital items missing. When I called to asked for my missing items, I encountered abrubt and discourtious customer service agent who clearly didn't care for the reputation of this business.”

Hi Steve, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. To clarify, your order was dispatched one day outside of our advised timeframe of 1–2 weeks (10 working days). This timeframe excludes bank holidays, including those in April, which did impact processing times slightly. Regarding the missing items, we understand you contacted us about not receiving the 2-way fixings. We were, of course, more than happy to send out any items that were missing. However, our display cases are designed to be assembled using the correct fixings as outlined in the instructions, and the 3-way fixings are not intended for full assembly. While we appreciate this may have caused inconvenience, we’re unable to supply additional components beyond what is required for correct assembly. We’re sorry if the interaction with our team did not meet expectations, as we always aim to provide helpful and professional support. Your feedback has been noted and will be reviewed internally. “First time ordering from Boxxco and I must say I’ll be ordering from them again for my other Lego sets. Overall extremely happy with the product provided, came very well packaged and easy to assemble. The only thing that could have been better is the delivery was 6 days later than expected”
