We dispatch plug plants all year round, and depending on the time of year, the plug plants may have very little to no leaf growth. This is completely normal, and you will find that they have a strong root base, which is the most important part.
We have tried to make this clear when ordering.
The plugs will benefit from being planted straight into the ground and will soon turn into established plants. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any further queries.

I have given 4 stars because the carrier that they use failed to deliver my bulbs three times when I was at home and eventually after six days I gave up and had the parcel delivered to a pickup point where I collected it myself. I won't name the carrier but it WASN'T Evri!”

“I paid 'next day delivery' postage and snowdrops came looking little wilted and dry. I phoned hoping I may get a small refund on the postage but didnt. The person I spoke to was very polite and was sure the bulbs would recover which they did. Nice large flowers which I hope will be even better nxt year.”

Thank you for your review. As your order was placed over the weekend, your order was processed on the next working day. I can see that the delivery arrived on time, but apologise that the bulbs did not arrive in the condition that you expected.
