“I paid 'next day delivery' postage and snowdrops came looking little wilted and dry. I phoned hoping I may get a small refund on the postage but didnt. The person I spoke to was very polite and was sure the bulbs would recover which they did. Nice large flowers which I hope will be even better nxt year.”

Thank you for your review. As your order was placed over the weekend, your order was processed on the next working day. I can see that the delivery arrived on time, but apologise that the bulbs did not arrive in the condition that you expected.
