“I was recommended to use Boston Seeds by a colleague and used their grass seed last year which is excellent. I sent off an order before the weekend and obviously did not expect goods until the Tuesday following their Next Day Delivery policy. I received a polite email saying that due to demand I would not receive the parcel until later in the week. I was disappointed as I had a client to visit on the Wednesday. I did receive my P & P back which shows the excellent approach Boston Seeds has to its customers.
I have just applied the Moss Attack liquid on a client's lawn and will wait to see the results.

“Placed an order, but due to an issue with the carrier, the order was delayed. Spoke to Boston seeds who arranged for a further delivery to be sent to enable my contractor to do the work for us as planned and they arranged for the delayed delivery to be returned to them. Absolutely exceptional customer service.”
