Many thanks for your review. I have looked into this for you and can see that, as your order was placed after 2 pm this was processed the next working day. Unfortunately, the couriers did not deliver until the following day. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of our courier partners. We closely monitor their performance and are currently achieving a 98% success rate for next-day deliveries. I’m very sorry that, on this occasion, the expected service level wasn’t met. Rest assured, with the flower bulbs ordered, they will be ok in the box over the weekend as they are dry bulbs. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience next time.

“Spring Bulbs, ordered earlier arrived as decribed and are all growing well and soon about to flower. Wildflower seed has been planted in a lawn as directed (very helpful planting instructions) and various varieties already showing signs of growth. I placed planks around the edges of the lawn on sewing to enable me to mow around the edge without mowing the flowers, yet not having overhanging flowers triling onto the path or garden. I am now waiting for summer. The garden should have interest in different areas with the various plantings.”
