“I didnt receive the product I payed for. I escalated via email. Was told they would resend the item. Still not received. Should have it by now. No product or information. Will not use this company again. Shocking service”

I can see your order left our warehouse on 6th March but was scanned as damaged with our couriers. Unfortunately, they did not make us aware of this and from your contact this morning I can confirm that this is being re-sent today for delivery to you tomorrow. Although issues like this are rare, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

“Perfect, seeds arrived well packed with good instructions, clearly we won't know the out come until they grow🙄
We purchased some wild flower seeds last year from a bad trader on eBay, a complete waste of a year, we had to pull everything up by hand, remove the soil and fill 9 wheelie bins, this crowd are selling what can only be discribed as bird seed, the call themselves 'onlineflowerseeds' I took them to court and they admitted guilt, I told eBay but they STILL allow them to sell this rubbish😒 So avoid and buy from a reputable dealer like we have now.”
