Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of our courier partners. We closely monitor their performance and are currently achieving a 98% success rate for next-day deliveries.

“Very pleased with the personal service I received especially when I encountered a problem. I ordered my seeds, order number 743509 on the 29th April and DHL couriers emailed me on the same day to say that they had my order. However they messaged me again to say that there was a delay, this happened twice and the seeds from the first order with you have still not arrived !!!! After phoning Boston Seeds again and spoken to a very helpful person who said that they would issue another lot of seeds free of charge and the courier this time would be DPD. The seeds arrived next day with DPD. I feel hesitant to order more, although I would like to in case you use DHL again whom I found unsatisfactory.Evri also deliver to my area SA409UT and I find them brilliant.”

Have not yet decided where these wildflower perennials will go but certainly will not give the display I hoped for.”
Thank you so much for your review. I do apologise that these did not meet your expectations as we do list the pack sizes and the area they will cover clearly on the website before purchase. The seeds you have purchased are enough to cover 15sqm sown at 3gms per sqm.
