“I ordered 100 wild garlic bulbs, had to chase the order. Was told the bulbs were out of stock but my order would be satisfied with new stock and arrive on schedule. Received another email telling me they'd be posted out that day. Then the following day an email said they were out of stock again... I've received a refund but why tell me items had been posted when they hadnt? We'd arranged a community planting event for school kids to make a wild garlic patch and we had to cancel. I won't be trusting this company again.”

“I paid by PayPal. But have recently moved and forgotten to change my address. Lovely lady on the phone sorted it for me and the horse herb seeds arrived at new address no problem. Fabulous company to deal with. Been a customer for many years. Never had a problem. Seeds are great too”
