“Can't fault bonners, they were helpful in the shop, provided insight and ultimately helped find the right piano for me. Other than a small issue ordering on the website they sorted the order and delivered on time. Express delivery was efficient and they were very friendly and knowledge!”

“I decided to purchase a Kawai K500 Aures 2 piano, but did not like the black option. Thanks to David Burt of Bonners a special order was placed with Japan and as a result, a Polished Sapele Mahogany option was successfully delivered. Throughout the process David provided support, answered numerous questions and was clearly instrumental in satisfying my wishes to own a beautiful musical instrument both in look and performance. Thank you Bonners and inparticular David Burt.”

“Phoned the shop to check out a few things on a used Epiphone Les Paul. Got a knowledgeable answer. Paid direct with shop. Ordered Saturday, delivered to Stockport on Tuesday by dedicated shop transport. First class product and service. These folks are good!”

“Ordering process was handled by Phil Kerry- who did a fantastic job to ensure I got exactly what I needed. Delivery was completed by an amazing 2 man team- who assembled , tested and took away all the packaging whilst laying lots of protection down on my carpets throughout the route around my house.
