“The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and remember your name the next time! I bought a new banjo there recently - fabulous sound and reasonable price and most recently Dan took time to sell me some custom strings.”

“We went along to Bonners to purchase a keyboard/piano for our 8 year old who has just started to have piano lessons. Having looked on the internet we were not sure where to begin. Luckily we we're greeted by Amanda Jones who took us through the various ranges from Yamaha, Kawai, Roland & Casio. Our son had his music book with him so had a go on each one, Amanda was so lovely she played the accompaniment & spent ages with us. My husband was reluctant to spend too much thinking it would be a five minute wonder... so Amanda showed us the Casio Celviano AP-250 which was on special offer and came with a stool & headphones, our son was happy & so was dad, it wasn't until we had paid & Amanda gave us her card that we realised she was actually the Manager & I'm sure there was probably more important things she could of been doing - but thank you so much for her time & patience.”

“They have been seriously amazing nothing was to much trouble even to take a piano upstairs, even though it was electric. Amanda was perfect and delt with me and my uncle all from emails and 1 simple phone call, as we live in leicester. They didnt push any piano at us they just let us buy the one we liked i very highly recommend this company thank you to all bonners you've been first class.”

“With such a large range of digital pianos available, my research into finding the right one for me led me to Bonners Music. I felt reasured from the first phone call to them and so went to see them in person. Once at the store we were amazed at the huge stock on display. We were helped by a very friendly, helpful and professional member of staff. The instrument we chose was delivered as arranged by a couple of very nice chaps that obviously knew their stuff. I am thrilled with the purchase and the decision to use Bonners Music and wouldn't hessitate to recommend them. Thank you, Paul.”

“I bought a second hand Taylor 312 CE nylon strung guitar from Bonners today. Excellent service as usual. The guitar was set up brilliantly and included new strings. I was given plenty of time to audition other instruments at a lower price level but this Taylor is fabulous and the quality, both sound and playability shone through. Bonners are superb, there is no need to go to London when you can stay in Sussex !”

“In 2016, Bonners sold me a Yamaha Clavinova CLP 575 PE. It's a fabulous piano and the service I received from Bonners was excellent. Bonners delivered my new piano with great care to my home and removed my CLP 525 PE to a friend's home nearby. This was all done free of charge. Their ongoing support has also been invaluable and I would strongly recommend Bonners to anybody interested in buying a piano.”

“Very professional advice on our piano and also attention to my requirements in terms of sound and information on the instrument. The sound quality is very good particularly with extra depth in the bass register compared with our previous instrument. Delivery of the piano itself was also very good - amazing that two blokes, a trolley and ramp could manoeuvre something of that weight so easily!”

“A place to compare a good selection of electronic pianos from the main players,Rowlands,Yamaha,Kawai and Casio which enables the buyer to compare different makes in same shop rather than going to each dealer . The staff were very well informed and seemingly more knowledgeable than some London showrooms. They encouraged customers to stay / return and play for as long as necessary ,and were all so courteous and friendly. My experience with delivery was beyond my wildest dreams and they achieved the almost impossible of heaving the piano up 2 flights of stairs at the other end of the country with incredibly good grace at 4 o'clock in the afternoon having left base ar 5 am! What an amazingly professional team and I am very grateful to them.”
