“Service from Bonner's was excellent from the first email enquiry to my transaction, which included a part-exchange. The price offered for the trade-in was higher than anticipated and I also got a great deal on the keyboard I was buying. I was given a full in-house demonstration, which convinced me I had made the right choice. 5-stars all round!”

“Sometimes music shops can be intimidating places where you’re made to feel inferior about your skill and knowledge but not here. Fantastic, personable service. Felt very comfortable looking around and choosing my guitar. Guitar itself is excellent - use it on a daily basis. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Accepted an old piano as part of the deal. Managed removal and delivery of the new piano efficiently and included a stool and initial tuning. However, never explained how to extend 5 year warantee to 10 years.”
