“Put simply, there is just NO better retailer of musical instruments, certainly in the UK and probably in the whole of Europe than Bonners!! I say this as a customer of their's who has spent several thousands of pounds with them on a few occasions and will no doubt do so again!! The service, courtesy, professionalism and vast knowledge of the staff, especially Jackie and Vicki, is second to none and makes the overall buying experience something of a great privilege!! All of that said, they also offer the most competitive prices around!! Beyond superb!! I would recommend anyone thinking of buying from Bonners should do it without hesitation, you will NOT regret it!! I personally cannot thank them enough!!”

“Fantastic service, I had an issue with my order but it was handled perfectly by Vicki, their customer service is excellent and would highly recommend them. I'll definitely buy from Bonners Music again. As for my purchase, the Piano(Kawai ES-60) is absolutely amazing, great price, perfectly packaged and was dispatched quickly, thank you!”
