“The Kawai digital piano exceeds my expectations- the rich tone makes it a joy to play and a surprisingly good substitute for an acoustic grand piano.All customer services have run smoothly but I would like to single out the delivery team for special mention - so helpful and a pleasure to deal with( (delivered 11/2/2026)”

“Very professional with a well presented website. Their videos demonstrating pianos are also very helpful and well presented. On calling the shop for some advice before purchasing my first piano, I found the staff very knowledgeable and happy to help. I am happy with my purchase which only took a couple of days to arrive and hope the good service continues should I need any help with my purchase in the future. Would recommend”

“Excellent experience buying a second hand Yamaha MODX6+ When a friend told me about a second hand Yamaha Modx6 that had become available at Bonners, I'd already visted them in my local MK store and found them really helpful with a separate digital piano query. I couldn't see the secondhand Modx6+ on their website, so phoned up and spoke with Jackie White, who was able to immediately find details of the keyboard and sent me photos directly via email, and a reference to get straight to it when it had been fully uploaded to their website. I enjoyed speaking with someone who was so helpful, professional and enthusiastic. I was confident given Bonner's reputation and the warranty they were giving on the keyboard to cut my normal decision-worrying and just do it. Order processing and delivery was rapid. It is in absolutely perfect condition, looks like it's never been touched at all, and plays perfectly. Very happy customer and would recommend Bonners. Thanks again!”

“Recently bought a piano from Bonners - had great communication with a member of staff before purchase (she was very helpful in advising me on the best model in my budget) and communication was also great after purchase. The piano arrived within days of my order. It is beautiful - my daughter has practised every day, we both couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Bonners Music!”

“If I could give Bonners a higher rating I would. I purchased a second hand guitar Saturday evening and it arrive Tuesday morning, double boxed and in a case. The guitar is literally like new still with the protective wrapping on the back covers and I can’t find a single blemish on the guitar. The set up is absolutely spot on - not a thing I need to do and new strings are a bonus. Well done Bonners, showing that good customer service and a brilliant tech team always wins. I have no doubt I will be back!”
