“I recently had an experience with Bonners Music, and overall I found it to be a really solid place for musical instruments. What stood out to me the most was how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were—they didn’t rush me and actually took the time to understand what I was looking for. That made a big difference, especially since I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted at first. The range of instruments available is impressive, particularly their selection of pianos and guitars. Everything I saw felt high quality and well maintained, which gave me confidence in what I was buying. The store itself also felt professional and well organized. One thing I did notice is that the prices can be a bit higher compared to some other shops, but in my opinion, the level of service and expertise you get makes it worth it. I’d rather pay a bit more and feel confident in my purchase than risk getting something that’s not right. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely consider going back or recommending Bonners Music to others who are serious about buying an instrument.”

“Recently bought a second hand piano from the Milton Keynes shop. The service I received was excellent. Toby and Tim couldn’t have been more helpful. There was no ‘hard sell’ just support and information. The price was very competitive compared with other sellers and the guarantee plus extras (piano stool etc) were much better than any than what other retailers were offering.”

“When I phoned to order my piano, the service was excellent, and the piano arrived as arranged. However, there were several scratches and scrapes on the instrument which I had to get my daughter's help to send to you. I hope you have had a chance to view those.”

“Can not fault any part of the service, received an email on Saturday morning from Bonners informing me they had a number of secondhand keyboards for sale. Opened the email to find the first keyboard listed was one I had regretted not buying when it first came out some 14 years ago. It may have been the second cheapest listed but I received first class service none the less. For once I did not procrastinate and pulled the trigger, 3 days latter I had the keyboard, very good condition and with a warranty. I was kept informed by Bonners as to the progress of the order and then by the delivery company, excellent service from start to finish. Thanks to Bonners a small dream of mine now realised. Not my first purchase from them either. Highly recommend them as a company to deal with.”
