“Item was delivered very quickly, up to the second floor, but had to help the delivery guy with that - only a keyboard so not too much hassle. Many thanks to the showroom in Reigate for giving me the opportunity to try out the various models. Great way to spend an afternoon if you love pianos!”

“I knew the exact piano I wanted to purchase from playing a variety of instruments owned by friends so contact was with sales (Amanda ___?) who was helpful and efficiently arranged logistics, installation was on time and well conducted. There is a small problem with the instrument being sorted out by Vicki Wagstaff which is a work in progress but seems to be properly handled, so all in all I am a happy customer.”

“I contacted the company and founded the customer service excellent. They helped me choose the piano and the budget questions were answered to help me choose. The piano arrived within the delivery time frame and it was well packaged and easy to assemble. I would recommend them to my friends and family.”
