“I bought my keyboard piano from Bonners Music. Service was very good, and kept me informed of a short delay, with some of the parts of the piano. Piano very well wrapped up and secure. A beautiful addition to my house, and my budding piano playing. I would hihghly recoomed this music company They were most helpful.”

“Received our Nocturne Piano Stool with scratch marks on 3 legs. 2 really visible ones on one leg. Also the adjusting knob was unbelievably wonky. I removed it and put some packing behind the plate but although better is still by no means perfect. Will keep it but I am not impressed as the package arrived open as well.”

“Good stool but came with faults. One leg had 2 well visible scratches but on the inside of the leg, two other legs had fainter smaller scratches and one of the adjustable knobs was totally wonky, not at 90 degrees to the stool. I took it to bits and with some packing got it to look reasonable but by no means perfect. As I cannot be bothered with all the hassle have decided to live with it, but as the package arrived open as well I have not been impressed.”

“Your internet service was fine but the courier you used was new to me and unfortunately the link didn't work. Fortunately the courier sent their delivery schedule a day or so later, so that was the main thing. I know it was a small purchase this time but otherwise you would undoubtedly have received 5 Stars.”

“Went to the piano centre in Milton Keynes to try out a few pianos. Staff were very helpful and gave useful advice. Subsequently purchased a Kawai CN201 digital piano and am very happy with it.”

“I am a new Customer of Bonners Music, The way I was treated by the staff is positive, It was not just purchasing something, But purchasing a good instrument I would be happy with for life, I hope the staff member is ok with it but she said (we are here to help and want to make sure you end up with a piano you're 100% happy with.) This says it all and actions backed it up too.”
