“Excellent communication and service from order to delivery. I wasn’t able to attend the showroom but I dealt with two team members who were very helpful and the piano review videos are detailed and informative which helped me to make my purchasing decision. “A very good experience from the first time I called, till I took the plunge and purchased the keyboard. The only issue was out of their hands... the courier's system was down so you couldn't get accurate updates on a delivery date or time. Ordered Thursday a.m. and arrived following Monday a.m. luckily I was in ! Otherwise I got a good price match and the delivery was free. Thank you to Tom and Emma. Dave B. Swansea”
