“Fantastic refurbished Yamaha U3 supplied by Bonner's. Was unable to visit any of their stores due to the distance involved so took a leap of faith. Piano is in fantastic condition and plays beautifully. Service from Bonner's was very professional. Review would have been 5 stars other than the delivery company (3rd party) were somewhat poorly organised. I'm still not sure what the issue was but the piano took over a week longer to arrive than we were promised. The initial delivery date came and went with zero communication from them which was very frustrating for such a significant purchase. Overall it was around a month between placing the order and receiving delivery. This was obviously no fault of Bonner's themselves :-)”

“I was worried that buying our piano would be a daunting task - I needn't have been concerned. From taking us through and explaining all the practical options (thank you Emma!), to the phone assistant booking in the delivery details, to the lovely delivery and assembly crew, the whole experience was lovely. Safe hands and I am enjoying our new treasure. Thank you, Bonners.”

“The service was very good except after the sale was completed and a tracking system of sorts was operating, I tryed it and found the method was difficult, the replys were not understood, having to use different methods to recieve a massage, All other companies I use have the same method I have a code word and the then recieve a email or text with the aproproriat information, But I must congratulate Bonners on the Items and the Very good Packaging Of whichich I thank you”
