“Purchased my first Guitar, Epiphone Les Paul this week after Bonners kindly price matched a competitors price. Excellent communication with a very welcoming and friendly environment once in store, with the Guitar all setup by the Tech before leaving store. Loads of advice and assistance offered, the team definitely bring value to buying local rather than Mail order. Thanks all at Bonners!”

“Extremely professional. Could not fault at all. The range of digital and acoustic pianos they had on site to try in Surrey was remarkable. The same can be said for the expertise of the staff being kind and patient asking additional questions to figure out what I wanted and offering different options to suit my needs. Having my piano delivered and set up was a smooth easy process with the delivery people being friendly and extremely informative.”

“Excellent service, the customer service rep got in touch quickly to confirm my order and was willing to arrange changes to shipping if needed. Bonners also had a guitar tech set up the guitar free of charge which was a brilliant extra and the guitar arrived ready to play straight out the box within 2 days. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.”

“Purchased my dream guitar through Bonners (Gibson SG standard in heritage cherry) and the service was outstanding. They set the guitar up to perfection exactly how I requested and the delivery was perfect. The item is better than I could have hoped and the whole experience of buying this dream of an instrument was made even more special thanks to these guys. Next time I buy a premium guitar (or any other one for that matter) I will without doubt use Bonners. Superb!”

“I ordered the Casio PX-S1100 digital piano black upgraded package last month. The keyboard stand was missing from the first delivery but arrived soon afterwards after I reported the shortage. Unfortunately, the stand came with no instructions, nor has the free three-pedal unit arrived: I reported these further shortages promptly by email but have received absolutely no response, despite a number of follow-up emails to the person who dealt with my original report and the “contact” and “support” addresses. Two weeks after delivery of the piano, I am still waiting to make proper use of it. After the initial rapid delivery and helpful response to my first shortage report, I have been left sorely disappointed by the subsequent service. I hope that Bonners may now be prompted to respond to my emails.”
