“The piano is excellent, the guys who installed were quick and polite. The only problem was when I ordered it said it came with a piano stool but that wasn't the case.”

“I wanted a good digital piano and wanted to try out various keyboards before I bought one rather than buying on line and taking pot luck. The shop had a comprehensive range and I found the staff really helpful. Thanks”

“When I attended the shop, it was quite helpful in that a sales person with obvious extensive knowledge was demonstrating a Tyros 5 to a man who already had experience of a Tyros 3. It was useful just being present and hearing what they had to say - though a complete novice myself. Afterward, I was able to speak to the Bonners person, who was helpful and clearly knew what he was about. I was able to ask about other keyboards for comparison purposes, and he was not unwilling to share his views and to demonstrate just what he meant. To a novice like me, this was really supportive. After a week getting used (well, trying to) the the Tyros 2, I enrolled on a one hour trial lesson - it was excellent. The knowledge and teaching ability of the teacher both encouraged and excited me, and I have now enrolled for a 6 week course.”

“I purchased a Kawai CS10 digital piano which was delivered in good order at the date and time promised. I opted to purchase from Bonners Music because their Delivery and warranty terms were unmatched elsewhere. Incidentally, the CS10 is a stunning piece of kit, both to look at and to play!”

“Ooops ! Tony, you appear to have "jumped the gun" so to speak. I regret I am not yet in possession of the Yamaha CLP 585. Not, I might add through any fault on the part of Bonners music, but due to supply problems from Yamaha, it is not expected until some time next January. Date to be advised when it arrives. I have given a score of good at the moment, but would be quite happy to re-appraise this after I have possession of the instrument, and then would be in a better position to view the purchase overall. Andrew Pashley”

“Got a great price for my Kawai digital piano and I'm very happy with it. Service was good and the people I spoke to knew what they were talking about. The only negative is that they couldn't deliver to a different address to the billing address. I get all my other online purchases delivered to work without any trouble but this wasn't an option with Bonners which made receipt of the piano a pain. So a star knocked off for that. But otherwise recommended.”

“Bought a yamaha NU1 piano from Bonners earlier this year. It was an ex demo so got a good price and I managed to get a good pair of headphones thrown in too. Delivered the piano when requested without any issues. It was great to go to a proper music shop and get a proper service. Thanks”

“I have already used the TD4KP in a couple of gigs and found it very easy to fold and unfold quickly giving thus us more time to set up amps and PA. The TD4KP, upgraded with a mesh snare is very responsive and does all it promises. Could not give five stars though as I would make a few improvements: The cables included in the pack do not have a spare connection for a welcomed third cymbal or different percussion (e.g. cowbell); The bass drum pad could be more responsive; A few more sounds could have been added to the module (or the module improved with few more sounds :) ); The carrying bag handles could be more shoulders friendly. On the positive side, as I said already, the kit is easy to open and to fold which makes it very portable and quick to setup; also the pads despite being rubber type and not mesh, are very responsive and easy to play allowing expression; the colour of the pads and cymbals make them uniquely different from those of other electronic sets (aesthetic is important!) So, all in all I would recommend it for the price/quality ratio but also would recommend Roland to make the improvements suggested. OH, SORRY! FORGOT THE REVIEW IS ABOUT BONNERS. WELL, BONNERS IS MY FAVOURITE RETAILER BECAUSE THEY ARE RELIABLE, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Thanks!”

“A quick call to Bonners resulted in a quick deal and my product being delivered a few days later. Buying something over the phone is always a bit risky as the item may not be as described but I am happy to say this was not the case with Bonners. The keyboard, albeit second hand, was exactly as described and I was very happy with all aspects of the sale and delivery (and the bomb-proof packaging) Not had a need for aftersales service/advice yet but I'm sure Bonners would be equally as efficient and attentive.”

“I went to Bonners yesterday to buy a digital piano. I had looked on their online store and done a bit of research so I knew there was a couple of models I was interested in trying. I was approached by a member of staff quite quickly who asked if I needed help. When I said I was happy just looking on my own he said "that is fine, but we are here to help you, not pressure sell" and left me to it. When we went to the counter to purchase a piano I liked, we were told that it was ex-display, hence the cheaper price (although the price sheet never stated WHY it was cheaper). When I said that I didn't want something that had been used, the man recommended a Yamaha piano within a similar price range and showed me to it. I eventually went for the Yamaha after deciding I preferred it, and the purchase/delivery setup was pretty straightforward. Local delivery was free but they were unable to give me a specific hour time slot, which is a little inconvenient for people who work 8-6! It was overall a pleasant experience. People there always seem to know what they're on about and it was a laid-back environment to explore and check things out for myself. I went early Saturday afternoon and 4-5 members of staff didn't seem to have much to do as they were all stood there talking!”

I have checked arrangements regarding the delivery time of your piano and see that your piano will be delivered the next working day after order - and our drivers will assemble it for you free of charge too! Our piano van is in London on the day of your delivery and therefore we agreed to call you 30mins before delivery to minimise inconvenience to you. Hopefully this is the most convenient option for you and will save you waiting in unnecessarily. I am pleased that you were given the time and space by our staff to choose your piano in comfort and that we were able to give you the assistance needed when required. Enjoy your new piano!

“Pleased with reception in shop and overall purchase. The overall experience has been spoilt by a very long delay in getting a carry case for my keyboard to be able to take it out on the road! I appreciate this is not totally the shop's fault but caused by delays by the manufacturer.”
