“Wasn’t told when it was out for delivery. Given a delivery date, asked to change it a couple of days in advance. Came home and almost £1600 worth of equipment had been dumped and left on a block of flats’ floor. I hadn’t signed for it, anyone could have stolen it. Never heard back about my request to change the delivery date. Would not recommend.”

“Really pleased with our Kawai CN201 digital piano. From watching YouTube reviews of digital pianos by Bonners to help us narrow down our choice to taking delivery the service, on line purchase and communication was excellent. Particularly pleased with the personal phone call providing confirmation of purchase and delivery. Well done Bonners.”

“Excellent website with all details to products. Interest free payment facility a bonus for expensive items. Easy to order online. My only negative, which is not Bonners fault, is the courier they used. DX Xpress. Their website displays a DX Express blue logo and nice new van. But mine arrived in a tatty old white bashed van and the driver wouldn't carry the parcel to 2nd floor flat, even though I pleaded with him and I have a disabling condition, leaving me pushing a 12 kilo package up a few stairs. What is it with these multi national couriers!”

“Searching for a good quality, 2nd hand, portable digital piano, I found a used Yamaha P255 complete with stand and pedalboard on the Bonners website. The instrument looked almost 'As New' and was being offered at what I felt was a fair price, around half the original new cost. After shopping around for a while I came back to this piano and decided to place my order. Delivery was prompt (even though I live over 300 miles North of Eastbourne) and the piano arrived as promised, carefully packed with all the necessary stand-mounting hardware and the original instruction manual. It was up and running within half an hour of my receiving it. It plays beautifully and apart from a few marks on the inside surfaces of the stand (where they can't be seen anyway) is effectively like a new instrument. Thank you Bonners for your excellent service.”

“I purchased a guitar last year from Bonner’s and the service in itself was excellent but wanted to add a review to congratulate them on their after sales service. My guitar unfortunately developed a fault and Bonners were amazing in the whole returns process, had it returned to manufacturer and then in turn back to me. They keep me consistently updated on the progress and I am delighted to have my guitar back and fully working with no stress at all. Thanks to Vicki and the team!”
