“Troublesome upgrade to v3 on our part, Mo managed to remote in to the PC at the remote site, with a computer illiterate end user to fully upgrade us to V3. Superb member of staff with a lovely 1st line support ethos and telephone manner”

“Shameez was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After I explained the issue that we were having she offered us an option which I had never heard of before which would also include a new replacement for the old Zytel router that we have. Looking forward to seeing if this brings the improvements of better wifi connectivity and less internet dropouts than we have been experiencing recently.”
