“Wow I am so impressed and relieved with your product. Its working !!! I can see how my hair has gone limp in its second growth and some never grew back in my first attempt of using this apparatus. I was reluctant before to buy it because I always thought it might hurt bad but it was that little prick is all I needed to get rid of my embarrassment. Something I would suggest is to not use it a week before and during the menstruation which could trigger septic fluid in the follicles. Overall I am very happy to have bought this product and trust it for 100 percent results. Thank you! ----Mary (Nutritionist).”

“Found the personal electrolysis device I had years ago. Glad to have found it, as it is not easy to find this type of device. Individual hair bulb zapping is not popular any more and I need to use the device with this one hair that kept growning back. In case it decides to grow again, I have something to delay its growth again and avoid spending $100s of dollars for laser treatments. The item was shipped swiftly in a well package box. Glad that this company ships to Canada. Transaction was super smooth and when I needed to reach out to them about addressing the package their Customer Care responded immediately and followed my directives. I highly recommend this company for ensuring its customers are happy with their products A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER Diane D.”

“I have been using Nasim Shampoo for many years & am happy with it. It has been very good for me. I fully recommend the shampoo. It is abit pricy, other than that it is excellent.”

“I purchased the Electrolysis machine not sure what to expect as laser hadn’t worked for me. I can say that this has definitely worked! Not going to lie, it sure can be painful and you have to be delicate with the stylus as it’s prone to bending but it’s definitely killed off some of my stubborn hormonal chin hairs!”

“I made a purchase but never received my order after waiting over 13+ days. Royal Mail have not delivered my order. Refunded by your company but very disappointed as I would have preferred to have the order delivered”

We are really sorry to hear the Royal Mail lost your package. Unfortunately, this is something that is completely outside of our control. We dispatch orders within 24 hours on a working day and if an order is deemed lost then we always refund the customer. Lost packages rarely occur so this is an isolated issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but we have to follow protocol after an order is dispatched and accepted by the Royal Mail.
