“Delivery was good and arrived sooner than expected, was boxed very well, I've had Fast shampoo/conditioner before a few years ago, but could no longer find what I wanted, also it's only ordered on-line, love it and it really does work, it smells nice too. )”

“Did not receive the product & it's on going with Royal Mail Even though body 4 real have said product arrived at my address : not very helpful Having paid £24 for shampoo & no product.”

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with our response. Your order was dispatched using a Royal Mail tracked service, and they confirmed your package was successfully delivered. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for security at your address, so your only recourse in this matter is to report mail theft to the Police and file a claim with the Royal Mail.
