We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with our response. Your order was dispatched using a Royal Mail tracked service, and they confirmed your package was successfully delivered. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for security at your address, so your only recourse in this matter is to report mail theft to the Police and file a claim with the Royal Mail.

“Well i live i Greece and thoigh i waited for my package through the mail you said you had a problem .So i paid more 31 euros to come by courier.The courier asked for 69 euros more !! I was angry .I didnt agree so I just told them to send it back .I dont know if i ever get it or my money back”

We're very sorry to hear you had issues receiving your order. The Royal Mail suspended international deliveries after a cyberattack and it took around 10 days before they started accepting packages again. Unfortunately, the UK is no longer part of Europe so customers have to pay import duties and tax in their country of residence when buying products from a foreign country. We have absolutely no control over this, and you need to consult your local tax authorities before purchasing products from abroad. Please note that we have a large number of foreign customers who regularly order from us. The delivery time can be quite long depending on the destination country. Many companies do not offer international delivery because delivery times can be lengthy. However, we do because our customers cannot buy many of our products from anywhere else.

We're sorry to hear your package has not arrived yet. It was sent promptly using Royal Mail International fully tracked service. We have no control over how long it takes for delivery. Your package would have been handed to your local postal service for final delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything until the tracking is updated and the Royal Mail consider the package lost. If it is not delivered and the Royal accept it is lost then we will of course resend your order or refund your payment. Please note that we have a large number of foreign customers who regularly order from us. The delivery time can be quite long depending on the destination country. Many companies do not offer international delivery because delivery times can be lengthy. However, we do because our customers cannot buy many of our products from anywhere else.

“I have not received my item, and it has been forever. When I contacted your team I was told to wait till the 2nd of june. Which is unfair, due to the delivery not coming I had to order my shampoo from elsewhere, so it ended up costing me double and I have not been given a refund i’ve been told to wait”

We're sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Royal Mail is sometimes taking much longer than normal to deliver packages. Most packages are being delivered within 3-4 working days. We have refunded your payment and sent you an e-mail with a special offer to compensate you for your trouble.
