“I still haven't received the books I ordered on 26 of October. Do you maybe have a tracking code for the shipment? EDIT: the books have arrived on Friday :) It took 21 days to arrive. The books are super nice and perfect quality.”

Hi Maja, I am sorry to hear that you haven't yet received your order. I can see that your order was placed on the 26th, and shipped out on the 30th. The production and delivery time as stated for your product is 10-12 working days for UK delivery. As it has now been 11 working days and you live outside the UK, you should expect your package around the end of next week. “Fantastic service. Excellent software which is extremely easy to use. Final product is so much better than I ever imagined. My book was a 60th birthday present and recipient was grinning from ear to ear when viewing. Production time stated 10-12 days and book arrived in 5 days (on the day of the birthday). I would recommend bob books to anybody without hesitation and will definitely use the service again.”

“Once I became familiar with the software it was very straightforward to create my memory book for my dad on his 90th birthday. I collected photographs and information about him from his early childhood, jobs, army career and family and put together a book that he and all the family really love. The best present I have ever given him! It was much admired at his recent birthday party and 10 books were purchased. It was hard work but well worth the effort, so thanks for making it possible.”

“Having photos on my iPhone, digital camera or PC is all very well but they can be much better appreciated when in the form of a book. It is also much nicer to share with friends rather than huddling round a small screen”
