“I had a problem with my book when it arrived, called up the customer service line to discuss. Spoke to Tom who was really helpful and informative. Sent a voucher out to rectify the new book. All sorted. Would definitely recommend. Decent price and excellent customer service”

“I ordered a canvas more than 1 M sq size with photos as images. The quality was amazing even from photos uploaded from an iphone. Printing was great. Packaging was very solid. Will use again.. highly recommended”

“I have neither the time nor the motivation to spend days on end figuring out how to use software so I was most pleased to be able to start building my first book using the downloaded software, Bob Designer, within a couple of minutes. Going “off script” to create one’s own picture layouts and text boxes was straight forward too and they’re all easily saved in “My Layouts” so they can be used as templates again within the current and future books. The colours and clarity of the pictures are first rate and getting up to 114 pages in a book means you don’t have to compromise too much on which pictures to include. The last book I put together was turned around in just 5 working days and at around £130, hardback using the highest quality paper, is good value too. I’ve used the online help facility a few times to clarify a couple of issues and found the people to very helpful and knowledgeable. An opportunity for improvement? The text on the inner pages could be sharper.”

Thanks so much for taking the time to review your experience. Regarding your comment on the sharpness of the text, one thing to keep in mind is that if you opt for any of our "photographic paper" books, the pages are printed using light exposure by lasers onto photo sensitive paper. This will mean that small text can appear slightly soft. For books with a large amount of text, you might consider opting for one of the digitally printed paper options. Otherwise, you might like to make the text slightly larger when choosing a photographic paper book. I hope this is helpful. Best wishes, Bob Books

“I’d ordered a photo book as a special gift but had missed the express delivery option on checkout. Worried that it wouldn’t be delivered in time, I contacted the lovely customer service team who really made my day by making sure the photo book was sent and so received in time for the event. My friend was really pleased to receive such a fab present!”

“Good quality cove and pages and was a lovely surprise to present to my father - a "proper book" of his memoirs and pictures of his life. Even though none of the pictures was of the required quality for print, they all came out really well for the purpose, and were much clearer than expected.”
