“Making the book is so easy using the Bob Books Software. I like being able to choose my page layout with just one or several images on a page. Overlapping images and being able to place them at different angles means the book is never seen as being "rigid" or "boring". The feature I find most useful is the "Traffic Lights" that prevents me using an image that maybe too small to reproduce properly.”

“Fabulous quality quick and easy to order makes a great gift for family and friends. It would be great if there was a smaller size say 6"x 4" photo book that would be a great little gift or a nice little photo book to take away with you I think this would be very popular especially if you could order on your iPhone Many Thanks love my photo books”

“This was the first time I used BOB BOOKS. I wanted to create a photo book to celebrate my brother's special birthday. I found the creation site was very difficult to use in that it seemed to be geared up to a very rigid workflow. For example, when I put all the pohotos I wanted into the book, the system said there were another 8 or so pages. Since I had used the pages I wanted I did not want anymore but there was no method I could see of finishing the book without a lot of blank pages. I emailed BOB BOOKS for assistance and got no reply. With a deadline coming up I ended up spending a lot of time trying to fill pages that I didn't want. Very unhelpful site and no help from staff at BOB BOOKS.”

Hello Geoff, Thank you for your email, we received an email from you through our contact us form,, however this appears to differ from the email address you used to place your order. I am sorry you did not receive the reply. In regards to our page numbers, our minimum number of pages is 26, and our page numbers are fixed and go up in sets of 8. It is not possible to have less than 26 pages in your photobook, this information is listed on our products and pricing pages, and in our help section, also all our creator tools open with the minimum required 26 pages. “I ordered a 178 page large landscape book as a wedding album for a client. They absolutely loved the album quality and wanted two more as parent albums. These duly arrived at about the same moment that I received a call from the bride to point out that I had put the wrong wedding date on the front cover! Mistakes like that are costly, inconvenient and mind-numbingly stupid on my part! I contacted Bob Books' customer service team to seek advice on the problem and spoke to Richard. I was promptly offered a fantastic solution to the problem so I could minimise inconvenience to the client and difficulty for me. The fantastic response from Richard and his colleagues at Bob Books clearly demonstrates that they really care about their customers and understand their problems. Their solution underlined their willingness to help and I really cannot speak highly enough about their customer care, their service ethic and the tremendous quality of their products. I would unreservedly recommend Bob Books to both photography professionals and enthusiasts Richard Read macleodphoto”

“I ordered a top-end large photo book on premium paper to record a particularly significant holiday. The photo's had almost all been taken with a Canon 5D Mk III with an EF 16-35 2.8 L Mk II lens. The reproduction of the full-page pictures was excellent - particularly on the cover. Overall, very pleased with the result.”

“I have in the past had 3 or 4 books from Bob's books and found the web site easy to use. But this time I found it very difficult to use. It was very slow and confusing and nothing like as easy as it used to be. The actual book was fine when it came so I have no problems there just with your web site”

“I like using Bob Books for their lay-flat photographic books - the print quality is very good and for some of my clients they offer an affordable alternative to some of the much more expensive wedding products available with other companies. I've never had a quality issue, the turnaround time is excellent and all in all I'd say they are great value for money.”
