“During the past few years we have created eighteen Bob Books recording our various holidays and other specific subjects. We consider the books to be the main souvenir of our holidays and a great way to display the large number of photographs that we take. The software is easy to use and the ordering and delivery process excellent.”

“The production was good, as always, but I have still not received the 25% discount promised. I entered the code for the last offer, it was not given at check out. When I brought this to your attention you said that I would get it when you charged my account but this has not happened. You would have got 5 stars otherwise. David Cartwright”

“Once you get to know it, using the software is easy and without much experience you can produce a memorable souvenir. The quality of the photographic reproduction is excellent and the options for graphics, copy and book type are great.”

“The overall production of the photo book was excellent, high quality thick paper and a great print finish. The Bob designer software is also really good, only issue is occasional difficulty in updating the software to latest version.”

“I am using Bob Books since several years and have edited a number of large scale photo books. My main criteria of selecting BB was the easy to use application and its enormous variation of photo books available. I am usually working side-by-side with Lightroom and import the edited versions directly into BB. The results have always been amazing and I have never been let down by the quality of the books. The last time I used BB we faced issue with the binding ( a very large 100 pages book!), and without any delay I was sent a replacement book and did not even have to return the first version! The support of the BB team is quick and competent. I once wanted to create a golden font colour and even this tricky question found a solution. Do not hesitate to try out BB - you will not be disappointed!”

“I wanted a high-quality album for my weddding photos and was nervous about photo quality as I've ordered calendars from Boots where the photos got darkened. I have to say, I'm really pleased with the photo quality in the finished books. They were perfect! There was a snafu with my order, with one item missing. When I contacted Bobs Books about the issue they got back to me very quickly and sent out the missing item as soon as they could print it. I would definitely recommend their products and services.”

“Easy to use software with a wide variety of options. Speedy production and delivery and most important of all - a high quality product. I was delighted with the book when it arrived and it has been much admired by family and friends. On the occasions I have contacted your customer service department my queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by friendly, helpful staff. Well done on an excellent product.”
