“I am using Bob Books services for more than 5 years and photo books are good quality for the price. I had minor issues but the customer services managed to help every time. Happy customer, I recommend.”

“Book arrived after just over a week of ordering. Looked as expected. I am happy with the end result. I was in when it arrived thankfully as it was a wet day and the courier rang the door but just dumped the package on the doorstep without waiting for me to answer. Had I not been home , the package may have got very we and therefore damaged. All other aspects of the service were fine. Thank you.”

Dear Jacqui, Thank you for the feedback regarding the delivery service. We have recently moved from DPD to Parcel Force courier service due to customer's having issues with the former. “Excellent app makes it easy to put a photo book together. There are some good layout options, although it would nice if some more layout options could be added in the future to give a bit more variety, as I make quite a lot of books! Always a good service.”

“I have used Bob Books since it was recommended to me a few years ago mainly to record walking holidays. The ease of use to mix images and text to create a high quality ‘meaningful memory’ was its initial appeal. My latest project to produce a book as a present for a friend has enabled me to give them 26 portraits of their daughters on high quality photographic paper which has left them lost for words. A great, easy to use product with excellent service. Highly recommended.”
