“I have used Bob Books now for various photo books and it really is impressive in every way. The application is easy to install and very user friendly; if you make use of the layouts that the application provides you get very nice results and it warns you if things are not quite right and corrects it instantly if you want. Every time the book arrives I am amazed about the quality, the colours etc. So far I have always gone for hard cover and glossy, which makes stunning books. I would recommend to dare to use full page images or even use the whole spread every now and then to make your pictures really shine. If there was one thing I would like to see improved in the next version it would be to add style options for copy. Yes, you can use any font and size, but there is for example no way to set the line height or kerning (as far as I could find) or set title styles etc. Other than that it is a truly great product and concept and I recommend it to anyone. :-)”

“I have been using Bob's Books to 'leave a trail' of my life for my grandchildren and even their grandchildren, I find the quality is very good giving the confidence that the books and calendars I am producing will survive for many years. I have found that by producing a 'photographic diary' each year of our travels is a great way of recalling what has taken place throughout each year.”

“After placing an order for photobooks, calendars and a couple of posters, I discussed the order with friends who queried such a wide ranging order. However, when the products arrived and I was able to show them, they were converted. They now appreciate that Bob Books is an excellent company for quality, range of options and speedy printing.Keep up the good work.”

“We love using Bob Books. Designing the books is so easy to do. Such easy software makes it a pleasure. The books tend to come a bit warped and need heavy books on them to flatten them out and some heat helps at this as well. This does not stop us from using them.”

“The software is generally very intuitive and where I became stuck, I had readily available chat or phone help. The uploading was fast and easy - I used the pro software on my computer locally. The client was very happy with their book. It was shipped to Spain at a very reasonable price and extremely well packed. This is super important as I have received damaged books from other companies in the past. There are areas for improvement. I could not find a double page with one photo option even though I ordered a lay flat book. There are not enough classy creative templates. The add text option is buggy and it compromised what I did. The colours did not match the colours in photoshop or lightroom so it was hard to know what to rely on - I trusted my computer in the end. The designer software made everything about 20% redder. Re ordering, I would like to see an option for different end papers and different types of presentation cases. I would like the option to add a detachable book cover as well as having the cover photo directly printed on the hard cover. Despite all these caveats I would highly recommend this company.”
