“Customer service 5/5 Sharpness 5/5 Paper quality 5/5 Colors 5/5 Contrast 3.5/5 - the pictures are bit darker Cover 3/5 - picures on cover are little bit red (compare to same picture inside the book) Software - 5/5 Delivery - 5/5 I tip for improvement: more landscape format which would be better for paboramatic pictures. In general best photobook I have ever seen.”

“They created our safari photo book brilliantly. Good help on phone if needed during process and 'sanity' check on finished submitted work. The book has arrived in very good time and is beautiful quality . Fit for a coffee table. Would recommend to anyone. Also had art poster made from 6 of images, also very pleased.”

“The design app was super easy to use and had so much flexibility. I was able to edit the pages exactly how I wanted and I was also able to edit the photos within the app without having to pre-edit before uploading. The quality of the books was excellent, and I've had lots of compliments on how professional they look. The links provided have been brilliant to send to friends abroad and the video QR codes have been really fun to share with friends. I am already in the process of scanning old film negs and slides so I can create books from days past pre digital! I would highly recommend.”

Hi Anthony, I am sorry that you struggled with the online creator. As I understand it, there were a few instability issues with your internet connection. I do think that you'll find our desktop software much better, in this case. As you will only need to connect when you download the software initially and also when you are ready to order. The online creators require a constant, strong connection. Do get in touch if you 'd like any help with the Bob Designer software. Kind regards, Bob Books

“Having looked at a number of web based providers Bob's Books seemed to offer all the aspects I was looking for in putting together an album for my daughter's 21st Birthday. A friend had also used the company for her holiday pictures particularly landscapes. The app was easy to use and once ordered the finished product came back in good time and my daughter was delighted with her present. I would certainly use the service again.”

“I have used Bob Books now for various photo books and it really is impressive in every way. The application is easy to install and very user friendly; if you make use of the layouts that the application provides you get very nice results and it warns you if things are not quite right and corrects it instantly if you want. Every time the book arrives I am amazed about the quality, the colours etc. So far I have always gone for hard cover and glossy, which makes stunning books. I would recommend to dare to use full page images or even use the whole spread every now and then to make your pictures really shine. If there was one thing I would like to see improved in the next version it would be to add style options for copy. Yes, you can use any font and size, but there is for example no way to set the line height or kerning (as far as I could find) or set title styles etc. Other than that it is a truly great product and concept and I recommend it to anyone. :-)”
