“Really pleased with the end product. But it took 3 attempts to get it right, so cannot recommend the software or ease of use. Once this was resolved (customer services not the easiest to get hold of - only email and replies can take days) it was straightforward enough. Delivery expensive - but did come at the stated time. Advice: A quality product but you pay for it - allow plenty of time as designing the book is not a quick or straightforward proceedure.”

“I've had several books from Bob books and they are of an excellent quality and very well made. I did have an order go astray but that had nothing to do with the quality of the books and the books were re ordered and duly arrived. The books are fairly easy to do and can be done on an I pad rather than a lap top which I like. My only criticism is that there is no facility to edit the the photos once they've been put in the book, and I found that not all photos fitted well in the space provided. I'll certainly use them again”

“I found the flexibility of the creating software to be outstanding, allowing the layout to be exactly as I wanted. The physical construction of the photo book and the materials used are outstanding. I particularly like the lay flat pages that give the me the ability to spread photos across two pages without loss of content in the central gutter.”

“Not the most instinctive software, but I have seen worse. I would prefer a guided workflow approach. Very good range of formats, Very quick and efficient turn-round of my order. Excellent finished product.”

“The photo book that I ordered is overall an excellent product. The hardback book looks really good and everyone that I have showed it to is really impressed. The quality of photo paper is great and the printing is flawless. I used their iPad app to make the book and had no problems at all using it. Not the cheapest photo book but definitely worth every penny. I have regretted not investing in photo books before to have as a memento of holidays but this time I am very happy to have such a high quality book to remember good times with.”

“I have been using Bob Books for several years and both the software and the service have just got better and better. The programme is much easier to use than it was when I first started using it and there are more features. These both make it easier to complete tasks and also provide more artistic options. The service has also improved with books arriving in well under a week from time of order.”
