“It took me a little while to get used to the user interface. Once I was used to it, i was able to finish my book quickly. I still feel there were quite a few features I didn't discover, but I was under time pressure. Also from your website it sounded like I needed to submit my book 2 weeks before I actually needed it. This put a lot of time pressure on me to get the book finished on time. When I submitted it (2 weeks) before I needed it), the printed book as delivered less than a week later. It would be good if you could fine-tune this process.”

“Bob Books is brilliant. Really easy to use and intuitive App on the iPad meant I pulled together a really special album of our favourite photos of our daughter. It printed out in high quality, arrived quickly and is treasured by us. I will DEF. use Bob Books again and again; way better than eg. Photobox”

“The quality of the books is great. Really nice finish... and the process is the least painful one I've come across using lots of other photobook suppliers. Although I struggle with the site freezing when I try to upload too many photos at once. Not sure whether that is a problem with our wifi or whether it's an issue that Bob Books could look at. But otherwise, very happy customer. Thank you :-)”

“I found the software really easy to use and several options were provided to help me design the page layout to suit my photographs. Uploading to BOB was quick and I especially appreciated the checks the software provided to ensure that all my photographs were uploaded correctly. Nice first time user offer helped to bring down the overall cost.”
