“I have now created several photo books using Bob Books as a reminder of wonderful holidays. I find the website very easy to use, has many creative suggestions and the end product is of excellent quality. You can save your work and make final adjustments until you are satisfied with the content and layout. Your finished version arrives quickly and well packaged to prevent any damage in transit. I would recommend others to use Bob Books.”

“The thing that made me most happy about Bob Books was the excellent customer service. I had difficulties creating my book online but the customer services team were very helpful and understanding. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my book and believe it is good value for money. The customer service would get 5 out of 5 stars but overall I would score at 4 because the creation of the book online could be frustrating and temperamental at times.”

“Bob's books was amazing when I found out my parcel wouldn't arrive before my flight out of the country. The team intercepted the package and prepared it for a courier I ordered to ensure I could get the package sent for arrival in another country for Christmas. Bob's books team were amazing and I will continue to use their services. Thanks Bobs Books! Your AMAZING!!!”

“This is the only supplier I found where the book could be edited online, rather than only on an app - which just made life easier for me as my photos are on my laptop, not the cloud. The book creation process was straightforward (although choosing to insert or delete whole pages is challenging, as you can't do it), the order completion easy, and most importantly the look and quality of the finished items is excellent.”

“The process of creating my book was very easy once I got the hang of the online tools and I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery - and how well everything was packaged up when it arrived. I wasn't really sure what the end result would look like - types of paper, font sizes, quality of image reproduction etc were all rather unknown quantities, so for my first project it was rather a case of suck it and see, but I'd definitely use the site again now I've got a better idea of what the results could be when I do a better job!”

“I have not used Bobs Books before but did a small one for my boyfriends grans 104th birthday pictures. I had it sent straight to her for Christmas so had no idea on what it would be like or the quality etc. They loved it and when i saw it for the first time the other day I was really pleased with the quality. Simple to use and reasonable cost as well. Will definitely be using again. Thank you......”
