“Good quality website and easy to use when arranging the album online. Excellent paper quality, however wish there were more options for the cover. I feel the cover of the album looks a little “cheap” which doesn’t reflect the quality of the pages inside.”

“The print quality is excellent, the delivery speed is great. The book when arrives is often warped, I believe they are not dried out after printing and boxed straight away. Once I receive the book I have to put heavy books on it to flatten it and have a hairdryer on it to dry it out, other than that they are great. The software is so easy and straight forward to use I enjoy putting the book together.”

“A very nice and user friendly app. I used the web based editor. My thought was it could be improved by warning people more clearly that there is a limit to the memory for photographs so we can make sure we only upload the ones we absolutely want in the book”

“Bob books is a great product. Our friends and family love our Bob's Book albums and always ask how to make them. The formatting used to be more flexible and it is a shame that the extra capability and the larger format books have been dropped.”

“Stable software which is fairly easy to use. Good quality glossy cover. Robust plastic-covered pages. Software usability could still be improved in some small ways, for example catching duplicate photos. The protective plastic on photo pages is quite reflective which makes it harder to see in some lighting conditions, and spoils slightly the overall aesthetic of the photo book. Prices seem quite high, especially for a large book with many pages.”

“Quality of paper, variety of colours, fonts and templates is very good but I was disappointed with this book as the reproduction of the photographs was darker than the originals, shadows lacked necessary definition and skies were too blue. I would like more warning when pictures are set too close to the central spine and disappear into the fold.”
