“The quality of the printing is excellent. The finished product looks great and very professional. However the submission process is flawed: the designer app applied some "image enhancement" processes without my knowledge and by the time I saw this it was too late to change. There needs to be a final proofing of the images as they will look *when printed* as the final product did not match what I thought I was submitting in ways it was not possible to predict. Clearly I will know better this time, but it was an expensive mistake!”

“The bob Books site was very easy to navigate & I was able to put all the photos and text on that I wanted to. I ;lied that I cold design it how I wanted. Now I have a wonderful & professional looking record of our Indian Adventure, with our journal and random thoughts integrated throughout to go with the photos. Everyone who's seen it is impressed and wanted to know about Bob Books site!!”

“I make a 12 page special calendar every year for my autistic son. The colour reproduction of the pictures is superb, even when they mark the pictures as not clear enough I am never disappointed. The delivery is always faster than stated and their service fantastic. Basically they “do what it says on the tin”.”

“I created four books at the same time from holidays over the last few years using just the web browser editor. I found the default templates sufficient for my requirements and did not do much customisation - too keep a consistent look across the books. The most important part is the output and the quality is simply outstanding. It helps that the images were all relatively hi-res from a good DSLR, but even so, the pictures practically jump off the page. The only issue I had was I had to re-upload unused images between editing sessions which was a pain. Overall, great product and will use again.”

“I was really pleased with the photobook I made with Bob Books. I'm not very experienced in using this type of package but found I could try out new things as I went along. I know there are videos to help but I don't like too much information before I start. So I just went for it trying new things. This meant I discovered techniques that I needed to go back to re-edit my book eg zooming in on a photograph. It may have taken a bit longer to do it this way but it was worth it!”

“The Bob Books app is really straightforward to use and the end result is consistently impressive and very professional. I have made 15 or 16 photobooks now and friends are always amazed at the quality of them. If you do have any problems there is always someone helpful and friendly on the end of the phone to solve them for you. I’m a total fan!”
