The quality of the printing is excellent. The finished product looks great and very professional.
However the submission process is flawed: the designer app applied some "image enhancement" processes without my knowledge and by the time I saw this it was too late to change. There needs to be a final proofing of the images as they will look *when printed* as the final product did not match what I thought I was submitting in ways it was not possible to predict.
Clearly I will know better this time, but it was an expensive mistake!
