“This is the third book I have arranged through Bob Books. That probably says it all! Obviously the more one uses the software the more proficient one becomes, but the assistance provided by the staff at BB is always fantastic, and that alone prevents me from experimentng with their rivals. It would be hard to imagine getting a better product anywhere.”

“I have been using Bob Books for many years now. When I travel, I like to collate my photographs into book form as a photo diary, and Bob Books allows me to incorporate text with my pictures in a very flexible way. I have tried other photo-book services but have not discovered any with the power and flexibility offered by Bob Books. And of course the quality is superb.”

“I was really impressed with the quality of the book that we received. The pages are thick and the images look lovely. The only thing that would prevent me from giving it the top rating is that when it arrived there was a dent in the front cover.”

“I love using Bob's Books as the software is easy to use and gives multiple options for how to set out and make the most of your pics. Once uploaded the service was swift and our books arrived quickly - and seeing the pictures in print is a much richer and rewarding experience than flicking through on an electronic device.”

“I was very dissapointed with my most recent photo book which was a Wedding Album for my daughter. Whilst I have given a Poor rating for this book I need to also give you a Very Good rating for rectifying the problem and sending another book which was perfect.”

“Once you get the hang of designing a Bob Book it is fairly straight forward. However I saved my most recent book by clicking on Save As assuming this would save the layout. it appears this is not the case. All that is saved are the images which I already have. Would it not be sensible to save the layout as well? I also think it would be helpful to have a simple list of instructions on how to create a book in the first place, rather than trying to figure it out by trial and error.”

“I have used Bob's Books for several years now. The software to assemble the book is intuitive, easy to use and offers good flexibility of design. Print quality is always excellent and delivery is quick. They are not the cheapest, but I think they are the best and offer excellent value for money.”
