“The software is very easy to use, can be used off line and then uploaded when ready. Excellent choice of formats for the photobooks and the service is extremely efficient. The quality is superb. I had a problem with the software I was using and got a very quick reply to my email with a solution that fixed the problem. Wouldn't use any other product !!”

“I found the software really easy to use. It gives you a lot of control. I received the book yesterday and was genuinely impressed with the quality of the prints. The pages are much thicker than photo books I've bought from other companies before. Excellent quality. I would definitely use again.”

“I have now used Bob Books software for producing a calendar for the last three years and have been very pleased. There are three points in particular that I would like to emphasise: Firstly, the software is flexible and well-designed. I found it 'intuitive' to use. There is a large choice of layouts, fonts, colours and so on, leaving one with no feeling of being restricted. I think it is also getting better year by year. Secondly Bob Books have a very responsive office/help desk. In the rare event of needing help, contacting Bob Books is a pleasure. Not only does one speak with someone who is friendly and keen to help but also one is able to speak to (or email) that same person consistently until the problem is resolved. Finally, the quality of printing is excellent with images being very faithfully reproduced in terms of colour balance and detail. I have been recommending Bob Books to friends and colleagues without hesitation.”

“Over the past 10 years I have used Bob Books at least once every year. Starting with birth of my first child we have captured each year in photo form. When the children ask questions about something they can't remember we always go to the books to show them. The quality is great and the software is easy to use.”

“Good quality, arrived promptly. Only issue I have is that the designs aren't kept very long in your account, so that calendars from one year to the next have to be redesigned from scratch.”

“Not as easy to start up as Snapfish but has better editing tools. I especially like that you can check that the image quality is good enough. Delivered swiftly in very robust packaging. I have used Bobs books several times.”
