“I am delighted to have discovered Bob Books. I found designing the book very easy as the App was really simple to use. The finished book looks stunning. I particularly like the quality of the paper used which is heavyweight and looks and feels expensive. The colour is rich and the end result is something to treasure.”

If you haven't already, please can you contact our customer care team, so we can take a look into this further and work towards getting you a book you are happy with? Without seeing the book versus the print files, it's not possible to say whether a simple reprint would resolve the issue, or if the images would need to be edited to improve the outcome. Please keep in mind that photos viewed on a screen will appear brighter than they do in print, as the screen will be backlit. “Excellent service as ever. Book creation software is well featured and pretty easy to use. It's worth digging around to get some of the nice effects. Delivery is very good - the estimates are, in my experience, quite conservative. I've always received my orders in very good time.”

“I enjoy using Bob Books, their programmes are easy to use and I get good results as a consequence. If I get stuck on anything, you can telephone them and speak to a real people (rare when doing anything on-line to my mind) who always sort me out. The results are excellent and they make me feel like a professional!”

“Really good quality books and print. Absolutely love the Matte paper for images. Software is super easy to use. And the turnaround time is so quick. I've used a lot of reasonably priced photo book companies and Bob books is by far the best.”

“The ability to download the app and create the workbook over a period of time works well. I was dubious about this but there were no problems. I created a large book with 178 pages and the quality is excellent, would definitely recommend your service to anyone Regards Mike”

“Being new to Bob Books products and systems I found it fairly straightforward, after one or two mishaps, to produce the products I wished to create. They have a good and wide range of products to choose from and I will definitely be using them again since Apple have ceased to offer a printing service which I have used in the past. Very good experience with excellent quality products and a first class service.”

“After getting disappointing results from other photo book publishers, I decided to give Bob Books a try. The quality of the glossy lay flat book was exceptional. From this point forward they will get all my photo book projects. The result was so good I decided to upgrade my camera from a smartphone to a real mirrorless digital so future books will look even better.”

“Love the finish and quality of our photo books. Went for the "lay flat" book with matt finish and the quality is great, very smooth to touch and hasn't picked up any finger prints. Loved using the builder to create the book, it was so easy to use - unlike some I've used in the past. Couldn't recommend enough!”

“Generally very happy with the quality but in some pictures the colours were a bit disappointing ( very yellow)- maybe however my fault if due to to artificial lighting and mobile phone rather than natural lighting and camera.”

“The software is good, the prices are fine, just make sure your photos are bright enough or you'll be disappointed because pictures printed on paper don't look like pictures on a screen. Not at all. Obvious?”
