“Software to create the book was easy to use. Did not to have to wait long for the finished book to be printed. Very pleased with the quality of the printed book. It was an expensive 'once in a lifetime holiday' and the quality of the finished book has given us a marvelllous memory to enjoy for many years to come.”

“Excellent production and speedy service. I like the fact you don’t have to upload each photo individually but the whole things goes off in one go when the book is finished. The software makes it very easy to manipulate the pages and fine tune the photos. Good price too.”

“I have been using Bob Books to make books as gifts for family and friends for years, to date I have never been disappointed, easy to use especially as I am not great at IT, really quick deliveries, wouldn't use anyone else, thank you”

“Your service and the final product were excellent. We did not have to wait long before the book which we were more than pleased with arrived. The area we found a little tricky was the software, which we felt was over complicated. Of course we don’t use the software very often so we have to re-learn it each time.”

“I have been a user and producer of Bob Books for a few years now, and it just gets better and better. Each new release of the software not only fixes some small glitch buts adds very useful tools and features. I find it very easy to use and I have always been pleased with the resulting books.”

“I class myself as virtually computer-illiterate!! I was able to produce a splendid photo book for my son on his 40th Birthday. The service was quick, easy and just about perfect. Thanks to all at Bobs Books for their expertise and decent explanations within the App. I shall complete another one for each set of holidays, before we forget where we went and why!!”

“This was my first photobook. The software is very easy to use but as I developed the book I found lots of very useful additional features. My only difficulty was uploading the finished book which was blocked by my security software. It would be handy to be warned that this can happen. I eventually turned off the security software to upload the book. The finished printed book is excellent and arrived quickly.”

“I am delighted to have discovered Bob Books. I found designing the book very easy as the App was really simple to use. The finished book looks stunning. I particularly like the quality of the paper used which is heavyweight and looks and feels expensive. The colour is rich and the end result is something to treasure.”

If you haven't already, please can you contact our customer care team, so we can take a look into this further and work towards getting you a book you are happy with? Without seeing the book versus the print files, it's not possible to say whether a simple reprint would resolve the issue, or if the images would need to be edited to improve the outcome. Please keep in mind that photos viewed on a screen will appear brighter than they do in print, as the screen will be backlit. “Excellent service as ever. Book creation software is well featured and pretty easy to use. It's worth digging around to get some of the nice effects. Delivery is very good - the estimates are, in my experience, quite conservative. I've always received my orders in very good time.”

“I enjoy using Bob Books, their programmes are easy to use and I get good results as a consequence. If I get stuck on anything, you can telephone them and speak to a real people (rare when doing anything on-line to my mind) who always sort me out. The results are excellent and they make me feel like a professional!”

“Really good quality books and print. Absolutely love the Matte paper for images. Software is super easy to use. And the turnaround time is so quick. I've used a lot of reasonably priced photo book companies and Bob books is by far the best.”
