“Flowers are beautiful and soot on with the picture or the display, gift chocolates are fantastic, but the birthday cake was not the one advertised in the picture.”

“I ordered flowers (alstroemerias) for my friend and she was very pleased with them. I might have given a 5-star review if I had a notification that the flowers had been delivered. I only knew as my friend telephoned to let me know that she had received her flowers.”

“The service I got from B&M was great and I would use them again. The only let down was from the courier, in that B&M stated I would receive tracking information from them, but I never received any emails from the courier at all. However, the flowers were lovely and arrived promptly on the day.”

“I sent some tulips to a friend who is unwell I hoped the assorted coloured flowers would brighten her day and she loved them. It was my first order for B&M flowers and hearing her positive response I would definately buy from them again.”
