“Cheap flowers, hopefully will be delivered on desired day, I didn't pay the extra as need to keep costs down!”

“Affordable range of flowers, easy to navigate and order on line and next day delivery and tracking option. Received email and text message when flowers had been delivered and next day as requested (evidence provided Royal Mail). Only comment could not see receipents address or message details on invoice/order.”

“Everything is perfect, the only problem I ever have when ordering is that: the Apple Pay button never works. It just says ‘there was a problem on our end’.”

“Flowers arrived next day and seemed to be good quality but no message on card just as well another relative knew I was sending the flowers or may have caused a problem for receiver of flowers not knowing who had sent them.”

“Pricing and quality of flowers was perfectly adequate and well received by the birthday girl. The only reason for missing the 5th stars relates simply to tracking which wasn't provided. I'd elected a date 2 days before the birthday as it mentioned they would dispatch on the date chosen, but I wasn't sure whether that actually meant arrival too and as I didn't get notification of this, I couldn't work it out. However, all went fine. I found out about their arrival from the recipient the morning after. All said and done, I will be using B and M flowers again but would love the notification advice to be somewhat worked on.”

“This was my first time using B&M flowers, they arrived by post in sturdy box. on opening they were well wraped and supported to keep the fresh. I was really pleased with the service , price and delivery, my only gripe is I would have preferred a better mixture of colours, the ones I received tended to be more of 1 colour.”

“Great ordering but today struggled when I went to chat they couldn't sort it said they would transfer me to manager never SORRY Didn't want this public as I am happy with all the flower orders I have sent over the years just wanted you to be aware of today's problem”

“Excellent price, delivered on time. Recipient said flowers were lovely. Only given 4 stars as no tracking information was forwarded as I was expecting.”

“Overall, I was happy with the service, I have spoken to the recipient and she is really happy with, the flowers look beautiful, as yet, she hasn't had any cake. The only thing that let it down is that there wasn't a balloon, which I did pay for and the reason I paid extra for the balloon and cake is because it was her 60th.”
