“Super fast delivery no problems. Only rated a 4 as i never got to see the bouquet as it was for family miles away. Otherwise im sure it woukd have been a 5. Great no hassle service.”

“I've used Blossoming Gifts 3 times and all 3 recipients were very pleased with the bouquets. However, I don't think it's too much to ask to get an email notifying me when the bouquet has been delivered, even with standard delivery. Also, standard delivery is not always available, even in suburbs of large cities, forcing you to pay extra. Fix these things and I'd give you 5 stars”

Nice measured feedback with advice - that's what we like! We agree and hopefully we'll be able to offer free standard delivery on as much of the range as possible. The only reason we can't confirm delivery on standard is because it goes out in untracked Royal Mail post so it is genuinely impossible for us to know exactly when it has been delivered.

“Great Customer Service especially by Juanita, Tammy and Shelley after ordering some Rainbow Roses with a Vase for my partner. The Vase never arrived which this was acknowledged and money refunded, with a good will of £20 store credit applied. After 3 days the flowers died which was unfortunate but the value of the flowers refunded in credit. I did have a unfortunate experience but 10/10 for customer service. I feel like blossoming gifts actually acknowledge when they made a mistake and immediately rectify it I work in customer service myself and have shared this story with colleagues. Would definitely use Blossoming again, had some Rainbow Chrysanthemum delivered recently which are beautiful and have lasted nearly 2 weeks. Thank You Blossoming Gifts”

“Not used this company before, but thought would give them a try. Very pleased with price, communication and delivery. Recipient was delighted with the flowers and sent a photo which showed she got what I ordered.. would most certainly use again. Thank you. Only gave 4 stars today as feel x5 stars will be earnt if I get same service next time I order.”
