“We ordered a set of blinds in June 2020 and did not receive them until late August 2020, upon taking delivery of the blinds, one of the two sets were broken beyond repair - After a long-winded process trying to obtain a replacement, we have now been given two revised dates which have since changed to November 2020, which is now a 5 month process since places the original order. We understand and can appreciate that given the pandemic, production rates may have been affected, however the lack of accountability for this poor service and experience has left us feeling frustrated, having waited 5 months and still only receiving 50% of our order - We had planned to order a further 4 custom made to measure blinds from this company, which we have now decided against.”

“Order if you are not desperate for the item to arrive... boyfriend ordered 3 months and still waiting for the order! He received an email today after chasing several times only to be told we have to wait another month!!! Won't bother ordering from this company again. I don't recommend this firm.”

“Spent over a thousand pound on 19 blinds Only one had a bad scratch I phoned them up and they sent a few parts to replace the blind parts Now it drops from the top of the window and they are not interested Go elsewhere and pay a little more for better service”

“Honestly the best blinds I have ever bought. I have bought a range of roller blinds, wooden slated blind and a vertical blind. All as excellent quality as each other. Very easy to install, brilliant instructions online and they look amazing! I've had so many compliments! Will continue to buy from blinds 2 go!!”

“I have bought 2 different types of blinds from blinds 2 go, although they was bought 5 months apart and I have to say, absolute first class service hence that's why I used them again. They come highly recommended by me and will not look elsewhere for blinds. Brilliant 10/10”
