“The product is very good quality and a large amount of choices which is reflected in the price . However just be aware if you want this product in a timely manner you might be disappointed.a member of the Customer services team was rude and was huffing and puffing when I spoke to them about the lengthy time my blind was going to take before being dispatched. 15 working days!”

“Unfortunately blinds arrived with plinths missing and no parts to fit them. The cords are very flimsy so not sure how long they’ll last. The vertical blinds look cheap and the mechanism does not allow to draw them back. One positive is the colour of the wooden blinds. Overall little disappointed as they’re not exactly cheap.”
