“We wanted replacement blinds. We asked for a width of 48 inches (which was the width of the old blinds). On the order, we were asked if the window was recess: to which we answered YES. The blinds that arrived were only 46.25 inches wide, which meant that the fastenings could not be fitted within the existing window frame! If you want replacement blinds: go elsewhere!”

“This is the second order I have placed with Blinds 2go and the quality of the blinds is good. However the mechanism for opening and closing the blinds needs to be more robust. I have recently had to replace two blinds after only five years of use because on both blinds the small gear mechanism cracked meaning they could not be opened and closed using the normal cords.”
