“Great service again fitted brilliant white shutter blinds from B2G to my previous property and having moved house felt it was a must to do it all over again. First phase completed with large lounge window now looking exquisite. Follow up order made for all other windows at the front of the house. Phase three will be later for all rear facing windows. Can't be more pleased. Thank you”

“Needed a new blackout blind during the covid-19 lockdown and this company came up with the goods very effectively and at a reasonable price. Used their online chat where it was run by actual people rather than robots which was reassuring and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble! I would definitely recommend this company. Lots of choice too. I was a bit worried about fitting but instructions were clear so no problem. I’m a happy customer!,”

“Ordered blinds and received all the wrong size and colour. Called customer service to be told it was our fault as we did not order a sample size. They also said they change the measurements as people tend to not measure properly. They should go on what customers ask for, not give them something different based on assumptions! Did not receive a refund and terrible customer service!”

“I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and I would not recommend them. Blinds2go sold me 2 roof window blinds that were the wrong size. I returned the blinds and only got a partial refund - they did not refund the delivery costs. They told me they don't even sell the blinds for my windows.”

“Blinds came in good time but we're the wrong size. My fiance participated in an online chat to be told that it was our fault. We know how to measure for blinds and have done this on several occasions. We clearly indicated what size we needed and they sent us blinds that were too small. Why ask a customer what they want to order and then deliver something different? We were then told we would not receive a refund as they are made to order... Even though they clearly were not what we ordered. Very poor customer service.”

“Everything was good from ordering, delivering and putting the blind up. My Illusion Pearl Roller Shade looked really good that was until flying insects found their way into the body of the blind but can't find their way out and eventually die. So I now have what can be described as a 220cm width x 141cm drop fly's graveyard on my window. not a good luck.”

“We have used your service on two separate occasions with excellent results,blinds fitting perfectly and of a very high standard. Recently whilst decorating we mislaid mounting brackets. Replacement brackets were sent FOC within a few days. That is service!!”

“The blind arrived quickly but with one piece missing, they have now sent a new part but it is not for my blind so now had to stand down the fitter twice! This is costing me money! Shocking service.”

“Fantastic blind, unfortunately despite sending in exact measurements for my bathroom window the blind was 5mm too short! A pity as it was not cheap! When the blind was finally installed with a bit of creative thinking on how to overcome the shortfall it does look great. Great quality and design. But one star lost due to inaccurate measuring!”
