“Over the years we have had many blinds from Blinds2go and been extremly satisfied with both the product and delivery. However on this occasion after fitting the blinds we noticed the cord were hanging down from the rail and reason being that Blinds2go had not supplied the cord weights. We got over the problem by using the weights off our old blinds. We do not know if deleting the weights is Company policy but if we did not have the old weights we would have problems.”

“I found the website easy to use when choosing my blinds and placing the order and was pleased with my choices when they arrived. Two slight niggles: the written installation instructions were poor and the pull chain on the expensive blind was not as robust as on the basic ones (ie plastic rather than metal.”

“This is the second order I have placed with Blinds 2go and the quality of the blinds is good. However the mechanism for opening and closing the blinds needs to be more robust. I have recently had to replace two blinds after only five years of use because on both blinds the small gear mechanism cracked meaning they could not be opened and closed using the normal cords.”

“Lovely blinds just as describe. Excellent service. Tight fit but could be due to my measuring. Impossible to fit actual roller using the method instructed but easily managed using my intuition”

“Excellent quality blind and easy ordering process. We did receive an email from the delivery company over 10 days prior to the actual delivery which meant we were excited and then 10 days of disappointment until it arrived and then excited again.”

“Ordered Venetian blind-Tropical Blue to brighten up utility room-colour not quite as bright as photo online. Aluminium very thin so some slats are slightly bent but I’m Really happy with overall look and function but would recommend getting a sample sent beforehand. Sizing exactly as requested. Delivered by dpd in just over a week. Would def use again.”

“The blinds are brilliant and easy to put up but only draw back is that it takes a month or so to receive your blind, I ordered 3 blinds and 2 came one day and the other one came a week later. I've ordered another one and it states it will be 6 weeks before I receive it.”

“I bought a blind for a very wide window (2500mm) during lockdown and it only too 30 odd days to arrive which is quite an achievement. Unfortunately it was very slightly buckled in the middle of the blind. It's still up because the buckle is covered by the decor panel but made fitting it slightly tricky. That said the mechanism feels really well made and the blind itself is quite high quality so I'm pretty happy regardless. In fact I'm going to change it from Acceptable to Good.”

“Easy to assemble and looks good. Two of the blinds they arrived dirty, and the chain seem to be longer then string, which makes the hook a bit useless. The chain beads are plastic and looks cheap. I did order a roller blind before, and came with nice solid metal chain. Was hoping these will be as well.”
