“Excellent product and web site for making choice and design as always. Gone for good this time as the process was very long (understandably with covid 19) and we feel that we could have been kept informed of delivery date better, as other suppliers have done. Still recommend though without question.”

“We ordered Velux Black out blinds in the early weeks of lockdown. They arrived within a couple of weeks. Fitted fairly easily. They send out samples which arrived within 48hrs.”

“Good blinds, good delivery however if you know the blind length is 1.8m wouldn't it be better to incorporate a 1.8m cord. The ones attached are only about 0.5m and my wife can't reach them to open or close the blinds🙄”

“Process of ordering was relatively straight forward and order came within a month. The delivery process wasn't great though and although this was dealt with by a third party it still tarnished the whole process for me. Blind was left on the front doorstep for hours after tracking told me it would be delivered the following day. Not good after spending a lot of money and waiting a month for the product.”

“Generally very happy with my shutter blinds. I have front of recess with sill, they look nice and flush against the wall. I ordered 3 blinds to cover 3 windows in a bay. The center one is great, looks really nice. The outer ones are much slimer, and although I provided mm perfect measurements, there was an awful lot of gap all round the frame to the wall, so it bows a bit in the middle where the screws attach it to the wall, not terrible, but does leave quite big gaps between the actual blind and the frame on side. You can only see through from one angle but still not ideal. Also they provided black screws which look a bit nasty on a lovely white frame. Other than that, very happy. The shutter quality is good, and easy to adjust.”

“Ordered two Roman blinds to replace others already in situ from blinds2go. Cannot fault the quality of the fabric and production of the new blinds and they look lovely in the newly decorated hall but the chain to raise and lower the blinds is substantially shorter than the original blinds which does make it more difficult to operate and causing the folds to need help falling in to place.”

“Always received a good service from Blonds 2go; initially with taped blinds and more recently with shutter for bathroom. However, the recent bathroom shutter, even after exact measurements submitted were approximately 1cm too small for window frame leaving small gap around outer frame. Whilst I am happy with overall service I was disappointed with this especially as we submitted very accurate measurements as requested.”

“The blinds are well made but the instructions to put them up was not clear and snapping them in after the brackets were put up was very difficult with the Roman blinds, we’ve had roller blinds before which are much easier”

“There is no disputing the quality of this product - it's excellent. It did take a while longer than expected to deliver but this was in the middle of lockdown. The only disappoining element about the product was the short length of 'pull' chord provided which means a stretch is required to raise or lower the blind.”

“Pleased with the quality of the blind and the service, given that I ordered during COVID-19 lockdown. However a little disappointed with the sizing. We followed measurement instructions and we expected that it may not be exact to allow for fittings etc. but a total gap of 15-20ml means the blackout blind is not really a blackout blind. Even a 10ml gap would have made the difference. Shame because otherwise I was really impressed.”

“My blind is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly. I feel Blinds 2go are a bit pricey and my blind took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but it is a lovely product and I would definitely buy from Blinds2go again.”
